Al-Faisal College engaged NADA to develop a design in collaboration with a Darug artist for the underside of the main entry of the new Library and Administration Hub development in Austral, Sydney.

Through extensive consultation with Elders and the local Aboriginal community, NADA developed concepts centred on learning, listening and knowledge-sharing.  NADA coordinated and managed a direct approach artist selection process.

The selected Durag artists Bindi Bindi Art (Chloe Eastwood and Tay-la Shearley) drew inspiration from culturally significant meeting places. Tracks left in the sand by the Goanna were incorporated to symbolise movement between meeting places. NADA also successfully sourced a professional painter to paint the large-scale work amounting to 316 square metres, completed and installed on time and ready for practical completion. The installation, displayed on the soffit of the main entry building is a striking artwork and talking-point for all Al- Faisal College visitors.

The title of the artwork is Meeting Place by Bindi Bindi Art, Chloe Eastwood and Tay-la Shearley.
